A tornado hits part of Port-of-Spain on Tuesday blowing off a roofs and uprooting a tree.
Footage on social media shows the tornado ripping the roof off a business place at the corner of Wrightson Road and Rosalino Street in Woodbrook.
The system then headed in s southwesterly direction taking off the roof of the building that houses the Children’s Authority.
And in a grassy area just east of MovieTown, a tree was uprooted.
Heavy rains caused flash flooding in Port-of-Spain, Maraval and Morvant.
