SAN JUAN – POLICE are investigating a video posted on Facebook showing a car going over a woman who a few seconds before had collapsed on the roadway for an unknown reason.
The date and time on the video shows August 2, 2019 at 6.17 a.m.
A vehicle turns up the road and the driver slows down and then runs over the woman, the video shows.
It was a black car and the driver and the number plate are clearly visible in the video.
Police said they were firstly investigating to determine the authenticity of the video which they said could have been recorded in the San Juan area.
Investigators are checking with hospitals to see if they could find the victim.
