Autopsy: Penal Victims’ Throats Slit

THE autopsy conducted on the bodies of Shelly-Ann Ragoonanan, Wazir Mohammed and his brother Nazim Mohammed revealed that their throats were slit.

And Wazir was also shot.

The autopsies were performed at the Forensic Sciences Centre in Port-of-Spain on Friday.

The three bodies were discovered on Thursday by a relative who went to their house at Clarke Road in Penal after he could not have reached them since Sunday.

Two children, a four-year-old girl and her eight-month-old brother were found with the three bodies.

The children were taken to the San Fernando General Hospital where they were administered drips. They were very weak and dehydrated, relatives said.

Homicide Region Three Police are investigating.
