THREE men have been arrested after a video showing a dog hanging from a tree has gone viral.
Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith, ordered the investigation after he saw the video, a release from the TTPS stated.
Griffith said he received numerous messages and calls about the video.
Snr Supt Wayne Mohammed, Head of the Southern Division, directed the operation where three men ages 20, 24, and 32, from Embacadere, San Fernando, were detained today for questioning with respect to an allegation of cruelty to an animal.
