THE Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) says the party drug commonly called the “Zesser pill” is now being circulated in schools.

This was revealed by the TTPS public information officer Wayne Mystar at the police news conference at the Police Administration Building in Port-of-Spain on Wednesday.

Mystar said, “Based on our intelligence, it is a combination of ecstasy and cocaine, and they are designed like sweets.

“We are realising because of the infiltration of gangs in schools, we are seeing the drug is finding itself in schools.”

He said the drug also seems to be very popular at parties.

The National Security Ministry said the composition of the “Zesser pill” was yet to be verified.
