Minister of Energy and Energy Industries Stuart Young meets with incoming President of bp Trinidad and Tobago David Campbell.
The meeting took place at the ministry’s office at the International Waterfront Complex on Wednesday.
Campbell replaces the outgoing regional president of bpTT Claire Fitzpatrick who was also at the meeting.
A release from the Ministry of Energy on Friday stated that Fitzpatrick was in that position since May 2018 and will take up a new leadership role in London.
It stated, “Mrs. Fitzpatrick has worked and engaged on various key projects with the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries including the restructuring of Atlantic LNG.”
Campbell, who was formally introduced to Young, has been with bp for 38 years and has held leadership roles in commercial, operational and technical fields.
Young thanked Fitzpatrick for her continued support and expressed his enthusiasm in beginning work with Campbell on ongoing and future projects, the release stated.
