OPPOSITION Leader Pennelope says the Caribbean region should remain a zone of peace. She made the comment in response to two Trinidadian men allegedly killed a US strike in the Caribbean Sea on Thursday.
As she entered the Red House to deliver her first Budget reply as the People’s National Movement (PNM) opposition leader in the House of Representatives, Beckles spoke to the media.
