Vehicle Stolen in Curepe, Found in St James

POLICE recover a stolen vehicle after it was taken from a Curepe man by armed bandits early on Sunday morning.

Reports indicated that around 12.25 am Sunday, a man was at his Belle Smythe Street, Curepe, home when four men, one of whom was armed, entered his premises and announced a robbery.

The victim was dealt several blows to his body and relieved him of his motor vehicle, a blue Honda Civic, $1,000 and his identification card.

A report was made to the St Joseph Police Station and with the assistance of the St Joseph Criminal Investigation Department, and officers from the Western Division, the vehicle was recovered on Bombay Street, St James.
