JAMAICA – The Minister of Health and Wellness Dr Christopher Tufton says there is no suspected case of the Novel Coronavirus in Jamaica.
Referring to the lockdown of the University Hospital on Tuesday, Tufton said it was done out of an abundance of caution.
He said tests were carried out on a person who came from China about two weeks ago and was experiencing flu like symptoms.
The Health Minister said the case was not being classified as a suspected case of the Corona virus.
