TWO persons died from Covid-19 on Tuesday, the lowest daily number reported for 2022.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,022) reported 432 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 138, 582 boosters have been administered while 50.3% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 13,704 or 82.7%, while 2,859 or 17.3% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to March 2, 2022.

January: 535 deaths, 19, 650 cases
February: 224 deaths, 16, 218 cases
March 1: 4 deaths, 280 cases;
March 2: 5 deaths, 546 cases;
March 3: 5 deaths, 285 cases;
March 4: 7 deaths, 345 cases;
March 5: 3 deaths, 642 cases;
March 6: 7 deaths, 437 cases;
March 7: 6 deaths, 132 cases;
March 8: 2 deaths, 432 cases
