FRIDAY, June 20 has been declared a public holiday.

A media release from the Office of the Prime Minister on Tuesday stated that according to provisions of Sec 3 (2) of the Public Holidays and Festivals Act, Chapter 19:05, Friday was designated as a public holiday to accommodate both Corpus Christi and Labour Day.

Both Corpus Christi and Labour Day fall on Thursday June 19.

To ensure both celebrations were recognised, the Office of the Prime Minister officially declared Friday June 20, 2025 a public holiday.
