THE bodies of two men were found early on Tuesday morning in separate locations.
Police reports are that Salm Mayers, 26, Barrow Avenue, River Road, was found in an open yard at River Road, Bourg Mulatresse, Lower Santa Cruz, by a passer-by at around 4am.
San Juan police said they were told that Mayers was in the process of picking fruit from a tree without permission from the owner and came into contact with electrical wires.
The body was removed and the scene was processed by Crime Scene Investigation personnel.
And at around 7.30am, loud explosions were heard at Ganado Street, 2nd Caledonia, Morvant.
Upon checking, the body of a male identified as Brian Worrell, was found lying motionless in a trace. North Eastern Division Task Force responded led by PC Ali. Worrell was conveyed to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Inquiries are continuing and the scene is to be processed.
