MARCHING with black flags, protesters on Tuesday shouted for the removal of the Government after the collapse of roadworks along Mosquito Creek.
On Tuesday morning, dozens of protesters were joined by Oropouche East MP Dr Roodal Moonilal, Oropouche West MP Davendranath Tancoo and Fyzabad MP Dr Lackram Bodoe.
Their protest action also attracted the attention of many passers-by, as the crowds shouted in unity, “Rowely must go”, “Rohan must go”, “PNM must go”.
Police officers kept a close watch.
