BMOBILE is experiencing a technical issue affecting access to its b-online platform and payments at dealer locations.
A release on Tuesday stated, “Our IT team is working diligently to rectify the issue in the shortest possible time.
“To ensure this issue does not negatively impact your connectivity, we have temporarily suspended disconnections until all systems are back online. If you’ve made a payment to your account and have been disconnected prior to this notice, please send an email with the account holder’s name, account number and a snapshot of the payment receipt to bmobilepayment@tstt.co.tt, or call 824-TSTT.
Payments can still be made via the following channels:
- SurePay
- Bank transfer
- Western Union
- NLCB – VIA
