SOME residents of Central Trinidad will be without water on Thursday (December 12).
The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has stated that maintenance works at the Carlsen Field Water Treatment Plant will leave residents in parts of Central Trinidad without water
It stated that the interruption is scheduled for December 12 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Affected areas include Carlsen Field, Uquire Road, Thompson Road, Sou Sou Lands, Cashew Gardens, Cashew Development, Parts of Edinburgh Road, Upper & Lower Arena Road, La Quesa Road to Upper Siewdass Road, Christian Village East of the Tunnel, along Freeport Mission Road from Freeport Overpass to Siewdass Road Junction, inclusive of all side streets.
Customers were advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalise to some affected areas in accordance with pipe-borne water supply schedules.
