THE Beetham Sewer Pipeline Project has been completed since April 8.
Acting Leader of Government Business Paula Gopee-Scoon made the statement in the Upper House on Friday.
She was answering a question on behalf of Minister of Public Utilities Marvin Gonzales. It was asked by Opposition Senator Wade Mark.
Gopee-Scoon said, “The Beetham Sewer Pipeline Project inclusive of road restorations was completed on April 8, 2022, and this question should have been withdrawn by Senator Mark.”
When Mark asked whether, since the completion of the project, there had emerging problems.
Gopee-Scoon said, “I do not believe there were any challenges at this time.”
However, when pressed my Mark again, Gopee-Scoon dismissed his claims and maintained there were no problems or challenges with the completed project.
