Dear Editor,
Change is both inevitable and necessary for the growth and development of any nation.
As Trinidad and Tobago embarks on a new chapter of leadership and administration, I take this opportunity to extend my sincerest gratitude to the people of our beloved country for the support and encouragement I received during my tenure as minister of works and transport.
Over the past nine years, I have been honoured to lead a ministry committed to improving lives in communities across the country through modern, resilient, and inclusive transportation and physical infrastructure.
Guided by your feedback and grounded in service to all communities, the Ministry of Works and Transport delivered thousands of projects, each rooted in a shared vision of national development.
As I demit office, I do so with immense pride in what we have achieved together. I trust that the new administration will continue to advance a people-centred agenda that uplifts every citizen.
Let us move forward as one nation, always guided by our love for country and our civic duty to each other.
Thank you for the privilege of serving you.
May God bless you all, and may God bless Trinidad and Tobago.
Rohan Sinanan
Former minister of works and transport
