At Perseverance Road, residents discussed both short and long-term drainage solutions with John.

She also visited Kleinsworth Road, where severe drainage issues persist despite jurisdictional challenges.

Two bridges were identified as urgent priorities:

  • Roopsingh Bridge, for full reconstruction to improve safety and connectivity; and

  • Randy Carter Bridge, which collapsed and will be rebuilt to restore access for farmers
