ALL inter-islands sailings of the Buccoo Reef and APT James scheduled for Monday have been cancelled due to the impending effects of Hurricane Beryl.
In a media release on Saturday night, the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company Limited (TTIT) issued that all vessels remain at the Port of Spain harbour for safekeeping.
TTIT stated that it will facilitate some of its confirmed passengers from Monday’s sailing who may wish to return on an earlier date, with an additional sailing scheduled with the Buccoo Reef expected to depart from Tobago at 1.30 pm on Sunday.
However, officials said passengers can be accommodated on other sailings based on availability.
Additionally, the company said the sailings of the M.V.Cabo Star for Sunday and Monday remain as scheduled.
