REMAINS of a human and an animal are found close to where the body of Andrea Bharatt was discovered on Thursday.
In a release on Friday, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) stated that the remains were found down a precipice off the road at the Heights of Aripo.
It stated that Homicide Bureau officers went to the scene where they found the remains in a state of decomposition.
The investigators determined that they were those of a human and an animal.
The remains were found not too far from where the decomposed body of kidnapped victim Andrea Bharatt was found on Thursday, police said.
