JUSTICE Geoffrey Henderson has been elevated to the Court of Appeal.
The Judiciary in a release on Friday stated that the Oath of Office of Appeal Court Judge of the Supreme Court of Judicature was administered by President Christine Kangaloo in the presence of Chief Justice Ivor Archie at the President’s House.
The release stated, “With the addition of the Honourable Justice Geoffrey Henderson J.A., this increases the complement of the Court of Appeal to 15 in addition to the Honourable Chief Justice.”
Henderson is a former Director of Public Prosecutions and a judge at the International Criminal Court.
