FREE telemedicine services are being offered until May 23 by Healthcare At Your Door (HCAYD).
The digital tele health service is designed to increase healthcare access, safety and efficiency through modern technologies, a release stated on Friday.
It stated, “In these unprecedented times HCAYD will serve to make healthcare safer and faster, thereby easing the overall burden on our current healthcare professionals and hospital infrastructure.”
Services will be available from 8am to 4pm on Friday May 14, 2021.
The release stated, “Our call team and doctors work in rotation to ensure that all calls are answered quickly and directed to a doctor specialised in the relevant field so as to provide the patient with the appropriate care.
“Call our line and be transferred directly to your doctor. After meeting with a patient, the doctor will upload all relevant information onto the HCAYD app (available on android and IOS) so as to keep proper records of medical and transactional history.”
Services provided includes:
- None-urgent care services;
- Patient counselling and planning services;
- Synchronous counselling services;
- Patient preventative care;
- Dental;
- Pharmaceutical; and
- Delivery.
