ALL vehicles travelling along the Eastern Main Road are currently being diverted unto the Priority Bus Route due to flooding.
The Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) in a social media alert at 11 am today (Tuesday, November 15, 2022) stated that as a result of flooding in the vicinity of the NP Flyover, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) has diverted vehicles onto the Priority Bus Route.
“This has resulted in a backup of vehicular traffic proceeding into Port Spain. As a result, the PTSC scheduled services into and out of the Port of Spain Depot have been temporarily delayed,” PTSC stated.

PTSC said that normal services will resume when the flooding and traffic subsides and updates will be provided throughout the day.
PTSC has apologised for the inconvenience.
