FACEBOOK is going to do like Instagram and hide the number of posts on user accounts during a trial in Australia.
Come Friday some Australian users will no longer see the number of likes or reactions on another person’s Facebook post.
This has been started on a trial basis by Facebook’s sister platform Instagram in a number of countries since July.
Facebook said removing likes was an attempt to reduce social pressure among users, but people will still be able to see the number of likes on their own posts, the company said.
