TRINIDAD and Tobago identification cards which have expired or due to expire in 2020 will be valid until December 31, 2020.
The Election and Boundary Commission assured that the holders of ID cards do not need to take any action to extend their validity.
This extension of the expiry card is instituted in accordance with Registration Rules 31 (5) and (6) of The Representation of the People Act, Chapter 2:01, the EBC stated.
