BRITISH High Commissioner to Trinidad Harriet Cross and internet personality and influencer Stephon Felmine did a Bridgerton-themed skit as England are set to play India in the second semi-final of the International Cricket Council (ICC) T20 World Cup in Guyana on Thursday. In the first semifinal, South Africa play Afghanistan at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad. The winners meet in Barbados on Saturday for the grand finals.
England are the defending champions having won the competition in 2022 and also in 2010. India won the T20 World Cup in its inaugural year in 2007.
The defending champs qualified after beating the USA in their last game of the Super Eights with a blistering knock of 83 by skipper Jos Butler.
