THE People’s National Movement (PNM) is mourning one of its stalwarts former Member of Parliament for Tunapuna Edward “Eddie” Hart.

PNM’s general secretary Foster Cummings in a statement issued on Sunday stated, “Mr Hart’s life story is one of resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to others. Coming from humble beginnings and growing up in a children’s orphanage in Tacarigua, he rose through discipline and purpose to become a respected national figure.
“His journey stands as a powerful testament to what can be achieved through hard work, service, and faith in community.”
Hart founded the Hart Connection, a community-based organisation aimed at uplifting and empowering residents.
