CARIBBEAN Airlines has once again been honoured with the APEX Four Star Major Airline rating for 2024, based entirely on passenger feedback.
This is the second consecutive year the airline has received this recognition.
The APEX awards are unique, relying solely on independent, third-party passenger ratings collected through APEX’s partnership with TripIt® from Concur®.
For the 2024 awards, nearly one million flights were evaluated across 600 airlines worldwide, with only 8% achieving the Four-Star status. Caribbean Airlines accepted the award at the APEX ceremony in Long Beach, California.
Caribbean Airlines’ Chief Executive Officer, Garvin Medera, said: “This award reflectsour passengers’ confidenceinus. Whilst we are expanding, we remain focused on providing the best and consistent customer experience for each journey.”
