A NEW  entrepreneurship series to help local businesses sharpen their strategy, improve visibility and build for long-term growth has been launched.
The four-part “Power On Your Business” series headed by bmobile Business debuted at the 2025 Trade & Investment Convention (TIC) held at the Centre of Excellence last month.
It brought together entrepreneurs, creatives, and business advisors who delivered experience-driven insights on brand-building, content strategy, and business development.

In a media release on Wednesday, Assistant Vice President of Business Sales at TSTT, Darryl Duke, said, “Entrepreneurship is a significant driver of economic growth and supporting that ecosystem is central to our role as Trinidad and Tobago’s indigenous communications solutions provider.”
He added, “At bmobile Business, our focus goes beyond connectivity and infrastructure, it is about helping local businesses access the tools, expertise, and networks they need not just to survive but thrive. This series wasn’t about selling products. It was about investing, showing up as a partner to the business community, offering support, and being of service for the greater good of Trinidad and Tobago.”

Each session featured speakers selected for their firsthand experience as entrepreneurs and business owners.
Among them was CEO and Founder of That Lookit Brand, a marketing and media consultancy, and Chairperson of the TT Chamber’s NOVA Committee, Krista-Lee Lookit.
Lookit guided attendees through the process of defining a marketing strategy, developing standout content, and building meaningful engagement. The session drew such interest that it extended beyond the booth space — a sign, she noted, of the demand for hands-on support in this area.

Also presenting was Founder and Creative Director of 1ndividual Aesthetic Keegan Simon, known for merging art, culture and commerce. An ADDY Award-winning designer, Simon walked participants through key visual and verbal branding elements, including the importance of logo design, tone of voice, and messaging. He emphasised consistency and authenticity as the cornerstones of brand trust.
Founder of Luvo Studio, Shemeon Williams and Gregory Seale, and Andre Williams of Athletes’ House, also  shared insights on brand development, creative entrepreneurship, and strategic positioning.
