AN attorney and her husband were murdered in a home invasion in Cumuto on Friday.
Reports indicated that the bodies of Kumari Baksh, 60, and her husband Nasheed were found bound and gagged by relatives.
A T&TEC meter was removed from their property, reports also indicate.
Snr Sup Maynard Wilson, ASP Ablacksingh, and Insp Simon and other officers responded.
This is the first double homicide for the year with the murder toll now at seven.
