THE Tobago’s People’s Party (TPP) has swept the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) polls on Monday.

It was a clean sweep, with the TPP winning the Darrel Spring Whim seat held by Kelvon Morris of the People’s National Movement (PNM) after the last elections.

Preliminary results forecasted the TPP took all 15 seats.

The EBC stated there were a total of 42 candidates, representing four political parties, contesting the 15 THA electoral districts.

The TTP and PNM contestedall electoral districts with 15 candidates.

The Innovative Democratic Alliance (IDA) had candidates 11 electoral districts, and the Unity of the People, contested one electoral district.
