EIGHTEEN people were arrested during a 24-hour warrant exercise across the North Central Division, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) stated in a release on Saturday.
The operation ran from 9am Thursday, October 3, to 9 am. Friday, October 4, 2025, targeting the districts of Tunapuna, St. Joseph, and Arouca.
According to a TTPS release, officers executed 30 warrants with a total value of $102,300. These included 22 committal warrants, seven affiliation warrants, and one first instance warrant.
The exercise was led by Assistant Commissioner of Police Singh and Senior Superintendent Gift, coordinated by ASP Bharath and Acting Inspector Peters, and supervised by Acting Inspector Jagroo, W/Sgt Robinson Mottley, and W/Ag. Sgt Paynter. Warrant teams from the Tunapuna, St Joseph, and Arouca Police Stations carried out the operation.
