TO Truly appreciate life to the fullest, we must enjoy robust health.

Sleep is commonly under-estimated for its positive effects on our well-being.  Six to eight hours rest per night is generally sufficient to allow the body to recuperate from the daily stresses of life.  Adequate sleep not only counteracts pain, headaches, nervous tension and worry, but also produces a calming effect on our entire system.
