IN a time when nations are defined not merely by their resources, but by the quality of their leadership, Trinidad and Tobago has been fortunate to be led by Kamla Persad-Bissessar, our compassionate, competent, and astute prime minister.
Her leadership is not a product of political happenstance, but the outcome of decades of service, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to the people.
Compassion is often spoken of as a desirable trait in leaders, but under Prime Minister Persad-Bissessar, it is not mere sentiment, it’s policy in action.
