The Member for Port of Spain North /St Ann’s West, the Honourable Stuart Young Senior Counsel, Minister of Energy, is the best choice for the Office of Prime Minister.

I wish him the best. Stuart Young works assiduously. Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley has selected a great choice for the country and for our future. MP Young is more than well ready for the occasion.

Ever since, I look up to Minister Young. Rebuilding the party after defeat in general elections 2010, fighting in the Senate, representing. Successfully transitioning from the Upper House to the Lower House.

Heading the largest Ministerial portfolios which is no easy task. Whilst chairing the most popular political party in the western hemisphere. Before politics, Stuart Young was popular attorney.

Class, pure class. A man of the people, a true proper statesman, a proper role model for youths. A man of his word.

Having a short tenure thus far leading the Ministry of Energy, cause of his decisions, approach and marketing, I consider him to be the greatest Minister of Energy in this country’s long and proud energy sector history.

The greatest Senator in history, the greatest Member of Parliament in the world. Dr Rowley, I fully support your selection of Stuart Richard Young.
