The era of excuses is over!

Speaking at the online launch of the Patriotic Fronts 2025 party manifesto titled “The Nation We Deserve; Built From the Ground Up,” political leader Mickela Panday reaffirmed the PF’s commitment to serving the nation.

Delivering the party’s nine-pillar manifesto, she said, “The era of excuses over. We will be government that serves, not one that makes you beg to be served.”

Describing the system of governance over the past nine years, Panday said it was “unacceptable” and vowed to create a more accessible, people-centred government that focuses more not only on the immediate needs of the population, but one committed to creating long term solutions.

The PF’s manifesto, which came with a financial breakdown of how each pillar is to be financed, focuses heavily on job creation, crime reduction, infrastructural upgrades and the improvement of government services.

The party has pledged not to institute any more taxes upon the public or seek to borrow money.

To ensure transparency they have promised to publish quarterly progress reports, create a national suggestion programme and establish citizen oversight committees to monitor the development of the plans outlined within the nine pillars.

The manifesto states, “With this plan, we will deliver: Safer neighbourhoods; Thriving local businesses; A stabilized economy resulting in improved family lives; Transparent corruption free governance; Quality healthcare and education; Sustainable development.”

The full manifesto can be accessed on the party’s social media pages.
