THE lifeless body of 79-year-old Viscella Richards was discovered in her Valsayn Avenue home just after 12 noon on Wednesday.
The find was made by a caregiver who, having been unable to establish contact went to check on her well-being.
Richards, who reportedly lived alone, had been a resident of Trinidad for the past two decades. Residents said she was a stage actress who spent many years in the United Kingdom.
The circumstances surrounding Richards’ death are yet to be officially determined, and authorities are awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination.
