THE head office of the Ministry of Education is closed today (Monday August 21, 2023) due to air-conditioning problems.
The ministry issued a media release on Monday advising that its offices at the Ministry of Education, #5 St Vincent Street, Port of Spain will be closed due to the malfunctioning air-conditioning unit.
“Our facilities team is already working to resolve the problem. All services are therefore suspended for today,” the ministry stated.
Offices are expected to resume normal operations on Tuesday at 8 am.
The Ministry of Education has apologised for the inconvenience.
