THE Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is investigating a power outage that occurred on Tuesday night.
The outage caused several areas across the country to be without electricity for almost 30 minutes when it occurred just before 7 pm.
Areas affected included: Couva, Caparo, Charlieville, Piparo, Valsayn North, St. Augustine South, St. Helena, North Oropouche, Vegas de Oropouche, Fishing Pond, Kelly Village, Glencoe and Siparia.
Power has since been restored in the respective areas.
