ANOTHER murder has occurred on Tuesday night, this time in Barataria.
Reports are that Shakeel Stewart, 29, of San Juan, was shot outside his workplace at Associated Brands Limited on Bhagoutie Trace, Barataria around 10.15 pm and his vehicle taken.
Stewart was taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
On Monday, Fitzgerald Alfred, 53, was with friends in the yard of a house at Blazney Road, Upper Santa Cruz, when three gunmen shot at them.
Alfred was killed and three others injured in the incident that occurred around 10 pm.
