THE body of Terrance Joseph who drowned while bathing at Manzanilla beach has been found.
It was discovered at 8.20 am on Monday about 1,500 feet from where he got into difficulty, close to Tiki Bar, Manzanilla.
The discovery was made by the Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Captain Vallence Rambharat and family members.
Rambharat told AZP News that around 2 pm, on Saturday, Joseph, 44, of Railway Road, Sangre Grande, got into difficulty while bathing near the Manzanilla Beach Resort.
The team joined family members, neighbours and the Air Support Unit of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service led by acting Inspector Ronnie Rampallard in an effort to locate Joseph.
Rambharat issued condolences to Joseph’s family, especially his wife Mellisa and his brother Buchoon.
He said, “Sleep in eternal peace dear brother. Your neighbours told us you were a great father and a gentleman. God’s blessings.”
