A MOTHER and her son are expected to be charged on Saturday for a robbery at a bar at Montrose in Chaguanas.
A release from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service of Saturday stated that a woman and her son were to be charged after a report of robbery with violence occurred on November 13 at the bar.
According to a police report on Friday morning, Central Division Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Operations Unit and Chaguanas CID conducted enquiries and executed a search warrant on a South Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas, house of one of the suspects.
During the search, police officers allegedly discovered one black and orange revolver which was seized.
The woman, 58, and the man, 25, were arrested and taken to the police station for processing.
