JEREEM Richards has done it again, this time securing gold in the Men’s 4 by 400 metres relay at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham on Sunday.
The 28-year-old led teammates Dwight St Hilaire, Che Lara and Machel Cedenio to victory in 3:01.29.
Meanwhile, Botswana claimed silver with 3.01.85, Kenya third with 3.02.41 and Jamaica finished in fourth place at 3.02.56.
On Saturday won the gold in the 200m with a record-breaking 19.80 seconds.
Trinidad and Tobago now has six medals in the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
