FIVE more people have died of Covid-19 on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,078) reported 347 new positive Covid-19 cases.
The five deaths included: two elderly males, one elderly female, one middle-aged male and one young adult male.
Four persons had multiple comorbidities and one person had one known comorbidity.
The ministry also stated that 150, 958 boosters have been administered while 50.8% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 14,669 or 81.8%, while 3,267 or 18.2% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to April 27, 2022.

January: 535 deaths, 19, 650 cases
February: 224 deaths, 16, 218 cases
March: 122 deaths, 10,093 cases
April: 75 deaths, 9,622 cases
May 1: 2 deaths, 468 cases;
May 2: 2 deaths, 295 cases;
May 3: 5 deaths, 347 cases
