SINCE the first person was identified with Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago on March 12, 2020, more than 130,000 people have tested positive.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1021) reported 132 new positive cases which means that 130,532 have tested positive for the coronavirus in T&T.
It also reported six more deaths from Covid-19 on Monday.
The ministry also stated that 138,063 boosters have been administered while 50.3% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Total deaths by vaccination status as at March 2, 2022 was 2,999 (not fully vaccinated), 248 (fully vaccinated), 390 before the vaccination programme.
Patients in hospital: 252

Boosters administered: 138,063
Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 13,704 or 82.7%, while 2,859 or 17.3% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021 to March 2, 2022.

January: 535 deaths, 19, 650 cases
February: 224 deaths, 16, 218 cases
March 1: 4 deaths, 280 cases;
March 2: 5 deaths, 546 cases;
March 3: 5 deaths, 285 cases;
March 4: 7 deaths, 345 cases;
March 5: 3 deaths, 642 cases;
March 6: 7 deaths, 437 cases;
March 7: 6 deaths, 132 cases.
