A delayed flight out of St Lucia has caused Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley to miss the press conference that was scheduled for 6 pm today.
Dr Rowley, recently attended the Sixth Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) in Doha. Qatar.
The summit ended on Wednesday and Dr Rowely was expected to host a press conference at 6 pm in the VIP Lounge of the Piarco International Airport.
However, an advisory from the Office of the Prime Minister on Friday evening announced the cancellation of the conference, as the Prime Minister’s flight out of St Lucia has been delayed indefinitely.
