The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#987) on Tuesday also reported 470 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 111,463 boosters have been administered while 49.4% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Boosters administered: 111, 463
Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 11,624 or 84.5%, while 2,140 or 15.5% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021 to January 12, 2022.
For the year 2022:
January: 535 deaths
February 1: 8 deaths, 470 cases
