CLEAN up operations begin in northwest Trinidad on Wednesday morning after heavy rains cause flooding in Port-of-Spain, Diego Martin, Cascade, Maraval and St Ann’s.
Minster of Local Government and Rural Development Kazim Hosein was on hand to supervise the operations.
He said regional corporations from all over the country were helping.
