AN 18-year-old woman is charged with the murder of Kadijah Flament, who was reported missing on June 10, 2021.
Faith Ramsubagh, 18, of Green Hill Avenue, Taradole, will appear virtually before a San Fernando magistrate on Monday.
Ramsubagh’s brother, Kyle Delande, alias “Iron Beast”, 27, a scrap iron dealer, of the same address, was charged with the offence of disposal of a body.
Both accused will appear virtually in court on Monday.
A third suspect, age 30, remains warded at the St Ann’s Hospital, police said.
The decision by the Homicide Bureau to lay the charges followed advice received on Saturday from Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Joan Honore-Paul.
Constable Jagessar laid the charges.
Flament, 25, a mother of one, was last seen at Building 8, Olera Heights Vistabella, on June 7, 2021.
She was reported missing three days later.
