A 49-YEAR-OLD man with comorbidities is the latest person to have died from Covid-19 in Tobago.
The Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development stated in its latest update on Friday that there was also 25 new cases of the virus reported in the last 24 hours on the island.
The number of persons who have died as a result of Covid- 19 in Tobago is ten. The total number of active Covid-19 cases is now 155 which is the most since the pandemic started last year.

Discharges – 12
New cases – 25
Active cases – 155

Overall samples that tested positive – 483
Overall recovered patients – 318
Overall number of deaths – 10
Total persons vaccinated with 1st dose – 5036
